Hugging/Kissing Suzaku: Sure, but it'll probably be more awkward and uncomfortable than anything else, and unless you're a friend he's not going to reciprocate the hug, and he's definitely not gonna reciprocate any kisses.
Flirting with Suzaku: Go for it. He'll probably play dumb or change the conversation though.
Romance with Suzaku: Unless your name is Euphemia it's just not gonna happen. One sided crushes on him are fine, but an actual romance won't happen.
Fighting with Suzaku: Absolutely! Though he's not likely to pick a fight.
Injuring Suzaku: Yes, but run things by me first before you assume anything.
Killing Suzaku: Good luck. Definitely talk to me about this first, but I might not necessarily be opposed to it.
Mind control/reading: Yes! Though ask for the first, the second just give me a heads up if you want a character to read his thoughts and I'll try to include them in bracket narrative for you.
